Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Environment, which is composed of six articles, lays down some amendments to the Regulation on the designation of regions of provenance in accordance with Council Directive 1999/105/EC on the marketing of forest reproductive material. In particular, the present Regulation establishes provisions concerning the use of forest reproductive material from selected regions of neighbouring countries: Austria, Hungary and Croatia, with detailed conditions specified in supplemented art. 7a.
