Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the new procedure for purchasing and selling soil improvers. The Regulation establishes the new form of statement which should be signed by the purchaser of soil improver and passed to the communal veterinarian. The form is specified in the Annex.
