The Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development amends paragraphs 5, 8 and 31b of the Regulation on marking of foodstuff and permitted additional substances. In particular, it establishes that eggs produced within the territory of the Republic of Poland shall contain the country code PL and a veterinary identification number. Eggs producers holding up to 50 hens are not required to marks eggs if they are sold directly to consumers, as long as information about the producer is available in the place of sale.
