Abstract

This Regulation amends Article 2 regarding the scope of the Principal Regulation and therefore the Regulation shall apply to the market surveillance and inspection on fertilizers in the scope of the Regulation on Organic, Mineral and Microbial Fertilizers Used in Agriculture. Furthermore, Article 7 is amended regarding the responsibilities of the distributor for inspection. Article 9 is amended regarding the application procedures for real and legal persons for production and import of fertilizers, Article 10 is amended regarding the registration certificate and Article 11 is also amended regarding the renewal of renewal of license and registration certificate.
