Abstract This Regulation adds six subparagraphs regarding fertilizer distributors’ certification for sale in Paragraph 1 of Article 7 of the Regulation on market surveillance and inspection on fertilizers. Furthermore this Regulation adds two subparagraphs regarding sales process and sales of fertilizers registered by the Ministry in Paragraph 1 of Article 8. Two subparagraphs have been added in Paragraph 1 of Article 21 regarding labeling, as well as in Article 38 regarding sanctions in case of violating the procedures of sales process. This Regulation amends subparagraph (b) of Paragraph 1 of Article 39 regarding sanctions in case of violating the procedures of labeling. A Provisional Clause regarding distributors obliged to have distribution license has been added to of the Regulation on market surveillance and inspection on fertilizers.
