Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Health amends Annexes 1, 2 and 3 to the Regulation on highest permitted levels of chemical remains of plant protection agents which may be located in foodstuffs or on their surface: highest permitted levels of chemical remains of plant protection agents which may be located in foodstuffs of plant origin or on their surface, excluding cereal seeds; highest permitted levels of chemical remains of plant protection agents which may be located in cereal seeds or on their surface; highest permitted levels of chemical remains of plant protection agents which may be located in foodstuffs of animal origin or on their surface. The new values specified in Annexes 1 and 2 will become new European Community highest permitted levels on 24 February 2007.
