Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment establishes the scope and frequency of monitoring of individual elements of classification of the ecological and chemical state of homogenous parts of surface water and the scope of monitoring of individual elements of classification of the ecological and chemical state of artificial homogenous parts of surface water and strongly modified homogenous parts of surface water, including water bodies of protected zones (specified in Annex 1). This Regulation lays down also details on reference measurement within monitoring of homogeneous parts of surface water and groundwater (specified in Annex 2).
