This Regulation of the Government amends 12 points of the Regulation on emission limits and other conditions of operating combustion stationary sources of air pollution. In particular, the Regulation establishes conditions of operating combustion sources burning chipboard, plywood, fibreboard of wood or other glued wood. The Regulation establishes also emission limits for carbon monoxide for particularly large combustion sources (Annex 2), and emission limits for large and medium combustion sources of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, dust and carbon monoxide (Annex 4).
