The Regulation enters into force three days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs, amends: the list of quarantine organisms which must not be introduced to protected zones and transferred within these zones if these organisms occur on specific plants, plant products or objects; special requirements to be included in certificates if plants, plant products or objects are introduced into the territory of the Republic of Poland from third countries.
