Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Economy, which is composed of two articles, allows the collection of wastes from batteries and accumulators in schools, cultural institutions, locations of offices and institutions as well as in service points of electric and electronic equipment. The Regulation describes the procedure for collecting wastes in such cases. The Regulation has been notified to the European Commission on 15 February 2006.
