Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two articles, amends provisions concerning taking and sending samples for the examination to recognize infectious diseases of fishes. The Regulation establishes also that fishes without clinical symptoms of diseases and aquaculture products which are transported should have health certificate in the form specified by the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 599/2004.
