Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development amends Regulation on detailed requirements concerning storage and transport of quick-frozen agricultural products and foodstuffs, according to Council Directive 89/108/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to quick-frozen foodstuffs for human consumption. In particular, the present Regulation establishes that in refrigeration of capacity less than 10 m3, intended for storage of frozen stocks in shops, measurement of air temperature should be done with easily visible thermometer without the need of registration.
