The Regulation entered into force on 29 September 2018.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments to the Regulation laying down rules to prevent the introduction and spread of quarantine organisms. In particular the present Regulation establishes new requirements to be included in certificates of plants, plant products or objects which are introduced into the territory of the Republic of Poland from third countries (originally specified in Annex 4 to the amended Regulation).
