This Regulation entered into force on 17 May 2014.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development amends the list of quarantine organisms which must not be introduced to protected zones or transferred within these zones (specified in Annex 1 to the amended Regulation) and the list of plants, plant products and objects which can be cultivated, produced, stored, sorted or transferred only by entities registered in the list of entrepreneurs (Annex 6 to the amended Regulation).
