Used electric and electronic equipment is also considered as wastes for which permission for collecting or transport is not required. Wastes are collected in places where industrial products are sold and products in packaging which generate wastes specified in Annex to the amended Regulation. It is allowed to collect wastes in services repairing electric and electronic equipment. Wastes should be transported in the way assuring rational use of transport means and not causing danger to the environment.
