The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the new list of importation points where plants, plant products or objects can be brought in the territory of the Republic of Poland from third countries. The lists of importation points, grouped into airports, seaports and rail transport, are specified in the Annex.
