Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down some amendments and addenda to the Regulation on the marketing of fodder plant seed and beet seed in accordance with Council Directive 66/401/EEC on the marketing of fodder plant seed and Council Directive 2002/54/EC on the marketing of beet seed, by establishing requirements for the quality of legume seeds of the category of basic seed and requirements for the quality of legume seeds of the category of certified seed of the first generation, certified seed of the second generation and commercial seed.
