Abstract

The Regulation contains provisions on fees paid for the inspection of chemical plant protection products (biological, chemical pesticides, biotechnological organisms) for the prevention of environmental pollution and in adherence to EU directives. specifies registration or authorization requirements for chemical plant protection products through the Swedish Chemicals Agency.
