Abstract The Regulation sets guidelines on governmental financial subsidy (max. 50%) granted for the planning of rural development located by shorelines, with the requirement of completing works before April 2017. At completion of the planning, the financial subsidy beneficiaries (cooperatives, counties or municipalities) shall prepare and submit a final report on methods and results obtained to the National Housing Board with copy to the Environmental Protection Agency. Decisions under this Regulation shall be without appeals. The Regulation adheres to directives of the Planning and Building Act (2010:900).
