Abstract

The Regulation sets rules regarding the obligation to establish and follow a pre-building action and emergency plan by gas supply companies in order to ensure security during distribution thereof. This regulation contains provisions supplementing the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No 994/2010 as well as provisions adhering and implementing Act (2012:273) on the security of natural gas supply and is regulated by the Swedish Energy Agency.
