The creation of such enterprises is subject to the issuance of an authorization by the competent Province. The authorization shall be granted to the applicant previous assessment of the eligibility of the territorial area concerned and upon advice given by the National Institute for Wildlife (art. 2). Article 3 specifies the content of the application to be forwarded to the Province as well as the documents to be attached. Article 4 regulates the introduction of wildlife species for reproduction purposes. The holder of the enterprise must submit annually to the competent Province a plan relating to wildlife repopulation as per article 5. Article 8 sets out further duties which the holder must comply with. Articles 9 and 12 regulate the suspension and withdrawal as well as the renewal of the authorization respectively. Authorized enterprises shall be subject to inspection, in accordance with article 11.
