These private centres shall be organized as single, as consortium or as cooperatives of agriculture holdings and shall produce in unfenced areas indigenous species of pheasant, partridge, red-legged partridge, leveret and roe deer. These centres shall be located in suitable agro-forestal areas in order to facilitate the reproduction of the animals. An authorization is required for the constitution of the private centres. The new borns shall be registered under a specific provincial Register and the Province will perform technical and administrative checks on these centres.
