Abstract This Regional Law regulates some issues in the field of horticulture and gardening for individual personal needs. Regional Government shall have the following powers: (a) establishment of state support measures for horticulture and gardening; and (b) purchase of common property in state ownership. Horticulture plots and garden plots pertaining to the regional state property or municipal property, shall be provided to citizens in ownership free of charge in cases, established by federal and regional laws. Regional state bodies and local government shall have the right to grant state and municipal support to horticulture and gardening in forms envisaged by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Financing of regional state support measures for horticulture and gardening shall be granted within the limits of regional budget.
