Abstract The present Regional Law is directed for concession of privileges and rates of forest management for some categories of citizens and peasant farms. The rates also fix maximum quotas of free-of-charge forest management for local population non-determined by other legislative acts. Distribution of timber for private use is carried out within the limits of annual allowed delivery for a given district (forestry). The Law consists of 7 Articles. Article 1 lays down the general provisions. Article 2 regards rates of procurement of timber for private use. Article 3 regards procurement of non-timber products of collateral use. Article 4 regards preferential terms of payment for the use the stock of forest. Article 5 concerns state control over the observance of the present Law. Article 6 establishes liability for violation of the rates and privileges of the use of forest resources. Article 7 establishes the modalities of entry into force of the present Law.
