Abstract This Regional Law establishes the procedure for constituting special seed production zones for the production of seeds of agricultural crops in the regional territory. Special seed-growing zones in the regional territory are established by the regional executive body authorized in the field of the agro-industrial complex. The form of an application for the establishment of a special seed-growing zone submitted to the authorized body by natural persons, including individual entrepreneurs, or legal entities in relation to land plots owned by them and (or) provided to them for use, a list of documents attached to the application, and also, a list of information received through an interdepartmental request, also in electronic form using a unified system of interdepartmental electronic interaction and regional systems of interdepartmental electronic interaction connected to it, are established by the Regional Government. In Order to establish, no later than two months prior to sowing the special seed-growing zone, the applicant of (planting) varieties of agricultural crops shall submit an application and the documents attached to it to the authorized body. The application is submitted on paper or electronically. An application for the establishment of a special seed-growing zone with the documents attached to it is accepted and registered on the day of receipt by the authorized body in the manner established thereby.
