Abstract This Regional Law regulates some issues of state support of horticulture and vegetable gardening as a form of subsidiary smallholding by delimiting powers of regional state bodies in the aforesaid sphere. Regional Assembly shall have the following powers: (a) to adopt laws regulating horticulture and vegetable gardening as a form of subsidiary smallholding; (b) to supervise compliance with the regional legislation regulating horticulture and vegetable gardening as a form of subsidiary smallholding; and (c) to exercise other powers envisaged by the federal and regional legislation. Regional Government shall have the following powers: (a) decision-making related to state support of horticulture and vegetable gardening; (b) appointment of regional executive body for implementation of the regional policy in the field of horticulture and vegetable gardening; (c) establishment of the procedure for state support of horticulture and vegetable gardening; and (d) exercises other powers in the field of horticulture and vegetable gardening established by federal and regional legislation.
