Abstract This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of hunting, conservation of hunting resources and hunting management. Hunting grounds of common access shall be formed by land of municipal ownership and shall consist of no less than 30 percent of total available area of hunting grounds. Protection area of hunting resources within hunting grounds of common access shall be no less than 10 percent of total available area. Hunting shall be classified by types as follows: (a) commercial; (b) artisanal and sport; (c) scientific research and educational; (d) regulatory with a view of regulation of the number of game; (e) acclimatization and hybridization hunting; (f) hunting for captive breeding; and (g) traditional hunting.
