This Regional Decree enters into force ten days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

Natural area of regional significance - natural monument “Freshwater source “White well” is protected area constituted with a view of conservation of freshwater source. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of protected natural area of regional significance - natural monument “Freshwater source “White well”: (a) geological exploration and extraction of groundwater; (b) modification of hydrological regime; (c) effluent waste water discharge; (d) any type of construction; (e) destruction and damaging of notices and other information signs; and (f) movement and parking of motor vehicles. The following activities shall be authorized with prior consent of competent regional authorities: (a) water abstraction in compliance with acting legislation; (b) authorized geological study without disturbance of subsoil; (c) scientific research, including ecological monitoring; and (d) ecological education.
