This Regional Decree enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Regional Decree establishes application of payment of environmental fees for visiting protected areas of regional significance that shall be applicable to natural persona who do not reside in settlements located within the boundaries of protected areas of regional significance. It lists protected areas of regional significance visiting of which shall require payment of environmental fess. Payment shall be required for each single visit. The amount of payment varies from the minimum of 0.5% to the maximum of 2.7% calculated on the basis of the minimum subsistence level of the able-bodied population in the Russian Federation.
