Abstract

This Act lays down the legislative framework concerning waste management and the rehabilitation of polluted sites in the Abruzzo Region. The objectives pursued are waste prevention and the promotion of recycling and reuse of wastes. The Act defines the functions of the regional authorities in this particular sector and regulates the procedure for the elaboration of provincial plans on waste management.
