To this end, article 2 provides for the setting up of the Regional Apiculture Commission. Article 3 regards the granting by the Region of subsidies intended for developing apiculture and related products. Article 4 refers to the veterinary and sanitary checks to be performed by the local health authorities. Articles 7 and 8 lay down penalties. Article 9 sets forth the conditions upon which bees may be sold.
