Abstract The Regional Act, which consists of six Titles, provides for the establishment of the Basin Authority of Basento, Cavone and Agri regional rivers as well as Brodano, Sinni and Noce inter-regional rivers. The Basin Authority is in charge of the management of catchment areas falling within its competence.
