Abstract

This Regional Act was enacted to encourage and exploit organic agricultural production and regional products in the Basilicata Region. In order to consider a product an organic product the organic farming techniques indicated in EC Regulation No. 2092/91 of 24 June 1991 and subsequent amendments shall be used.
