Abstract

This Regional Act lays down provisions for the development of organic farming, in accordance with Council Regulation (EEC) 2092/91 and Legislative Decree No. 220 of 17 March 1995, in order to contribute to the protection of the environmental balance and consumers' health. Any operator who produces, prepares or imports from a third country organic products shall notify this activity to the competent Province and to an authorized inspection body.
