Abstract

This By-Law implements the Recreation Areas Management Act 1988 by providing specifications on the management of three areas: Fraser Island, Inskip Peninsula and Moreton Island. It contains provisions on access to the recreational areas, camping, lighting fires, water, littering, the use of vessels and vehicles and on related offences and penalties.
