Abstract This Regulation, consisting of nine Parts divided into 60 sections, implements the Recreation Areas Management Act 2006 by providing specifications on the management of five recreational areas: Bribie Island, Fraser Island, Green Island, Inskip Peninsula and Moreton Island. The Regulation provides for permits required under the Act and prescribes restrictions on the use of vehicles, the taking of animals and plants and the depositing of waste into recreation areas.
