Abstract

This Regulation, made by the Minister of Forestry and Fisheries under sections 13 and 18 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996, requires all producers of and traders in apples, pears, peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines, citrus fruit and table grapes and hybrids to keep such records and render the returns as specified in this Notice to Agri-hub. This measure is necessary to ensure that continuous, up-to-date and accurate information relating to the products as defined, is available to all role players in the market of such products.
