Abstract

El presente Real Decreto modifica el que tiene por objeto prevenir la generación de residuos de pilas y acumuladores, facilitar su recogida selectiva y su correcto tratamiento y reciclaje, en lo que respecta a la puesta en el mercado de pilas y acumuladores portátiles que contengan cadmio, destinados a utilizarse en herramientas eléctricas inalámbricas, y de pilas botón con un bajo contenido de mercurio; y en materia de requisitos para el registro de productores de pilas y acumuladores.
