Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to advance payments for the establishment of plants by the Federal Government to secure and stock radioactive waste. In order to cover the necessary expenses the Federal Radiation Protection Office requires advance payments from the entities authorized according to the Atomic Energy Act to discharge their radioactive waste in a public radioactive waste plant. The text consists of 12 articles.
