Abstract The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the monitoring and control of transboundary shipments of radioactive waste substances and spent fuel. Radioactive waste is defined as all gaseous, liquid or solid radioactive substances in the country of origin and country of destination that are subject to control by the supervisory authorities. The Ordinance provides for the conditions on prevention of transfer and permitted ones.
