Abstract

This Order places restrictions on the importation of dogs into The Bahamas for purposes of control of infectious and contagious diseases affecting animals. Dogs shall be accompanied by a certificate regarding their health and dogs may be detained for a specified period or destroyed on order of the Minister or an authorized public officer.
