These Regulations enter into force on 1 November 2002.
Abstract

These Regulations apply to the manufacture, storage, transport and placing on the market of all food products for human consumption which are manufactured and presented for sale as quick-frozen (as defined in regulation 3). The manufacture of quick-frozen food shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down in regulation 4; regulation 5 concerns the storage of such food.
