Abstract These Regulations apply to the manufacture, storage, transport and placing on the market of all food products for human consumption which are manufactured and presented for sale as quick-frozen (as defined in regulation 3). The manufacture of quick-frozen food shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down in regulation 4; regulation 5 concerns the storage of such food.
