The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2007

Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce the Directive 2006/11/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on pollution caused by certain dangerous substances discharged into the aquatic environment of the Community of 15 February 2006. Article 2 establishes that Annex 4 of the Ordinance implementing EC-Water Guidelines of 17 May 2005 lays down quality targets for surface waters.
