Amendments concern: requirements and reasons for a public body to resort to direct procurement, including: small works and services, small amounts of consumable goods, small consultancy services; replacement of the threshold for the low value procurement of good, works, consultancy services; reserved works contracts for micro- and small enterprises, and related threshold; procurement of good, works and services funded by a foreign State or by a donor organisation who imposes conditions on the procurement.
