These Regulations entered into operation on the day of publication.
Abstract

These Regulations are setting the complete rules as regards the urban waste water collection and necessary treatment, and further regulate the possible discharge or collection of industrial waste waters (primary and secondary treatment), in relation to the public health demands. This text also establishes the rules regarding the designation and classification of water sensible areas.
