Abstract

These Regulations concern the collection and disposal of garbage in the St. Mary Parish. The Local Board may enter into contractual arrangements for the collection or disposal of garbage and shall, in consultation with the Natural Resources Conservation Authority, designate areas as authorized disposal sites and as special disposal sites. The Regulations also concern the disposal of dead animals and the collection and disposal of hazardous waste.
