Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Public Health Act in relation with, among other things, water supply and other matters of sanitation, pollution of water supply sources, the keeping animals and hygiene in food premises. The Act furthermore lays down specific requirements for, among other things, canning and processing factories, sale and handling of food, grain mills, bakeries, ice-cream, sweets and baby-food factories and butcheries.
