Abstract

These Regulations concern disposal of faecal matter of privies and cesspits. No contents of privies or cesspits, or the effluent of sewerage systems, shall be thrown on the surface of the ground or deposited in shallow trench or pits, but shall be buried at a depth of not less than one foot.
