Abstract

These Regulations require owners or occupiers of premises to keep them free from mosquito. The owner or occupier of any premises shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that no water is allowed to accumulate in such a way that mosquitoes may breed therein. The requirements regard the storage and treatment of water.
