An Act to amend the Public Health Act, Cap. 353 of the Laws of Antigua and Barbuda to give to the Minister with responsibility for health such powers as are prescribed to the Governor General under the Act.

Abstract

This Act makes minor changes by repealing the words "the Governor-General" wheresoever these words appear in the Principal Act and replacing these words with "the Minister" and by repealing the words "by proclamation" and replacing these words with "by Order published in the Gazette".
